6th grade math worksheets are immediately available here tp print. All these geometry worksheets are designed according to Washington State Grade Level Expectations for the 5th.

6th grades geometry emphasis is on all the skills your child has aquired from Kindergarten with the introduction of linear and non-linear functions. It solidifies the skills of shape identification, the relationship between 2d and 3d shapes, area, perimeter, surfce area and volume calculations.

The abilitiy to identify similarities and congruence of shapes, along with coordinate mapping, transformations and rotational symmetry.

There are printables here for all these skills. If your child can complete these worksheets, and have a firm understanding of the geometry vocabulary used in each - then they are absolutely ready for middle school!
